FXB Brazil
The state of Sao Paulo makes up 42% of the AIDS cases in Brazil and the city of Sao Paulo has the largest number of cases: 64,326 people infected, representing 18% of the total number of people with AIDS in Brazil.
Founded in 1994, FXB Brazil stands as a reference point for the support of children and adults living with or affected by the AIDS epidemic.
Initially linking its work to the taking in, sheltering, and care of children infected by HIV in the FXB House, FXB Brazil has expanded the scope of its work by gradually reintegrating these children into foster families and reinforcing the capacities of the families.
