Romanian Angel Appeal Foundation (RAA) was founded by Olivia and George Harrison and exists to help children and young people in need, including those affected by HIV/AIDS.

RAA achieves this by developing and/or improving the quality of relevant medical, social and educational services and ensuring appropriate family, community and infrastructural support for children and young people.

RAA employs a multidisciplinary and family focused approach to children’s needs, thus its activities may often include the provision of training to professionals and support for families as well as direct work with or support for the organization's beneficiaries.
