2. Are my contributions tax deductible?

A: All contributions to Angelwish or facilitated through Angelwish are 100% tax deductible.

A: 100% of all wishes granted through our Amazon.com wish lists for the different care centers go right to the children they are intended for. Processing fees are in large part, underwritten by corporate donors so that we can ensure 100% of individual contributions are used for program services.

4. Will I receive a thank you from the child?

A: Due to the enhanced concerns for privacy, yours as well as that of the children/recipients, children are not able to directly communicate with the donors. Shortly after the holidays you will receive a thank you from Angelwish for your contribution. This will reference the recipient and date of your donation. Retaining this as well as your Amazon.com receipt will provide sufficient proof for tax purposes

1. How do I grant a wish?

A: Granting a wish is easy. Click on Grant a Wish > Select a Continent > Select a Country > Location. In the US or UK, you have the option to help by granting wishes through a special Amazon wishlist. Under the Check out the animated Angelwish Flash demo to see just how easy it is.

A: Angelwish wanted to make the giving process simple for you to help children living with HIV/AIDS so we decided to partner with Amazon.com to ensure that you felt comfortable and secure in granting a wish.

3. What if I don’t have an Amazon.com account?

A: If you haven’t used Amazon.com before, don’t worry – it’s one of the safest ways to shop and is very easy to use. Check out the animated Angelwish Flash demo to start. As you go about the wish granting process, Amazon will help you become a new customer.

A: The Angelwish wish lists are set up so that the items you select to grant will be sent directly to the Angelwish Coordinator at the care center you select. They will then give the gifts to the child you selected. When you find an item you would like to grant, you must click on “Add to Cart” from the list of items. If you go to checkout and you do not see an option to ship the gift to a “Gift Registry Address”, please click the back button to go back to the list of wishes and add the item(s) you would like to grant to your cart using the “Add to Cart” button. You may need to adjust quantities in your shopping cart as you checkout.

A: Redeeming an Angelwish Gift Certificate is simple. Begin by going to going through the normal process to select a care center to support:
