Children's Hospital Oakland, the oldest pediatric medical center between Los Angeles and Seattle, has provided exceptional medical care for children in the region and beyond for 95 years. Children’s 166 hospital-based physicians provide expert care in 30 pediatric subspecialties, from adolescent medicine to urology. The hospital has one of the largest sickle cell treatment and research centers in the world.
